My new kitchen is a mess. The whole house is a mess. It looks like a hoarder's house. There are only pathways you can walk. Things are out of place big time! Dust is everywhere and it is a loosing battle to keep the house clean at this point. But the end is in sight. I will not have a refrigerator in my living room forever and dust is a protective layer, right?

Progress is being made . The laundry room has tile down. (grout will be next) The kitchen and living room have yards of trim stained and ready for final finish.

Oh I forgot, another problem with the countertops was the one over the washer and dryer. The bracket for the support would not work. Another delay. Chris got a steel support between the wall and the cabinets. Another crisis averted.
